  • Describe Exemplary Professional Practice.
  • Discuss the five Forces of Magnetism that are incorporated in the Exemplary Professional Practice component.
  • Explain the impact of nurses' perceptions of empowerment on three of the Forces of Magnetism that relate to Exemplary Professional Practice.
