The goal of this presentation is to gain pragmatic insights related to the ANCC Magnet® Recognition Program’s model component “Empirical Outcomes.” After attending this webinar, participants will be able to —
- Discuss the relation of “Empirical Outcomes” to the other four Magnet® model components.
- Define the word “empirical” and discuss the term “empirical outcomes” in association with clinical nursing practice and healthcare quality.
- Relate a minimum of three methods to document evidence of empirical outcomes associated with Magnet sources of evidence.
