Learn how to recognize different personality types, how each member of the team communicates, and the best way to use each member’s unique style to develop a team that works cohesively and effectively.
The purpose of this program is to enable nurses in management roles to communicate more effectively. After attending this webinar, participants will be able to —
- Differentiate the four colors of communication styles.
- State at least two strategies for effective communication.
- Identify at least one technique for communicating in difficult situations.
