The goal of this program is to guide participants through what has changes and provide innovative ideas on how to plan the new grad’s transition into providing safe, effective care of patients and families. After attending this webinar, participants will be able to —
  • Discuss two reasons why hospitals should develop new graduate nurse programs.
  • Identify three innovative techniques that can be used for nurses transitioning from student nurses to registered nurses.
  • Discuss the outcomes of a successful transition from student nurses to registered nurses.
