CE Requirements for RNs:

24 contact hours every two years for RNs. Four contact hours of Alabama Board – provided continuing education related to Board functions, the Nurse Practice Act, regulations, Professional conduct, and accountability is required for the first license renewal.

CE Requirements for LPNs:

24 contact hours every two years for LPNs. Four contact hours of Alabama Board – provided continuing education related to Board functions, the Nurse Practice Act, regulations, Professional conduct, and accountability is required for the first license renewal.
