The goal of this webinar is to provide information about pursuing the Pathway to Excellence designation, and review the standards that reflect an excellent working environment for nurses. After attending this webinar, participants will be able to —
  • Define the Pathway to Excellence designation
  • Discuss how Pathway to Excellence reflects a positive work environment for nurses
  • Identify strategies to fulfill the Pathway to Excellence Practice Standards.
