Objectives:
The goal of this webinar is to equip learners with information and strategies they can use to coach and support clients to move more to prevent weight gain and to lose weight once they have gained it.  At the end of this presentation, the learner will be able to:
  • Differentiate the impact of energy expenditure and the impact of energy intake on weight loss and weight management.
  • Implement proven cognitive and behavioral strategies for increasing physical activity to manage weight loss and weight loss maintenance.
