  • Summarize the current scientific evidence that either supports or refutes the Paleo Diet.
  • Describe nutritional and practical implementation limitations of the diet that reduce the potential for long-term adherence/compliance.
  • Critically evaluate certain nutritional health claims made in the Paleo Diet books for scientific truth.
