The goal of this webinar is to provide an introduction to the science of nutrigenomics and give examples of how genetic information can be used to provide personalized dietary recommendations. Upon completion, participants will be able to:
  • Learn how individual genetic differences can impact an individual’s response to nutrients and food bioactives. 
  • Understand the benefits and limitations of genetic testing for personalized nutrition.
  • Learn how to use genetic information to personalize dietary recommendations.
