The goal of this presentation is to inform nurses about the relationship between technology and workforce issues within the nursing profession. Upon completion of thiswebinar, attendees will be able to do the following:
  • Identify aspects of the IOM Report that have technology implications
  • List two resources for educating the nursing workforce in informatics
  • Choose two advances in technology that have promise for saving time and promoting efficiency
