The goal of this presentation is to educate nurses about ways to develop a nursing residency program that transforms new graduates into competent providers. Upon completion of this webinar, attendees will be able to do the following:
  • Describe the components of a Nurse Residency Program (NRP)
  • List the reasons for implementation of a NRP
  • Identify the benefits to a NRP
  • Name the different areas where NRP has been suggested to expand
