We’re sorry. This course is temporarily disabled for an important update.

This course will be discontinued January 15, 2013. Please plan to complete the test before the end of that day if you wish to earn contact hours for it.
Please note: This webinar is NOT part of the Charge RN Intensive CE Series.
You’re in charge. Those communication skills that were important before take on a whole different view. Staff now relies on you to be the cheerleader, advisor and, when necessary, the rule keeper. Learn how to recognize different personality types, how each member of the team communicates, and the best way to use each member’s unique style to develop a team that works cohesively and effectively.
The purpose of this program is to enable nurses in management roles to communicate more effectively. After attending this webinar, participants will be able to —
  • Differentiate the four colors of communication styles.
  • State at least two strategies for effective communication.
  • Identify at least one technique for communicating in difficult situations.

This course will be updated or discontinued on or before 12/8/2012
