The goal of this webinar is to expand knowledge among nurses and healthcare professionals about the prevalence and effects of Alzheimer’s disease on the lives of women in the US. Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Describe three consequences of Alzheimer’s disease for women in the US.
  • Analyze the unique experience of women who develop Alzheimer’s disease.
  • Discuss four aspects of the family caregiving role of women with regard to Alzheimer’s disease.
