The goal of this webinar is to explain the relationship among safety culture, accountability for respectful behaviors and prevention/management of bullying. Upon completion, participants will be able to:
  • Describe how Joint Commission’s Sentinel Event Alert on safety culture relates to a healthy practice environment for nurses
  • Describe how respectful behaviors and constructive problem-solving contribute to a safety culture for patients and staff
  • Identify each professional’s role in promoting a healthy practice environment
