The goal of this webinar is to educate healthcare providers about how to identify Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) among veterans and how to help them seek treatment. Upon completion, participants will be able to:
  • Identify ways in which PTSD can potentially impact patients and their families
  • List two barriers that people with PTSD say prevent them from seeking mental healthcare
  • List two ways healthcare providers can help patients access mental health care
