  • Identify factors contributing to skin breakdown.
  • Discuss the steps in wound healing.
  • Describe different types of wounds.
  • Discuss the role of key nutrients in preventing and healing different types of wounds.
  • Discuss strategies to avoid nutrition-related litigation.
