The goal of this program is to provide nurses with information on nursing and its image so they can improve the image of nursing by taking action individually and as a group. After completing this module, you will be able to:
  • Discuss how self-image affects the image of nurses
  • Describe at least three ways a nurse can market the image of nursing internally and externally
  • State five actions nurses can take individually to improve the image of nursing
