Presents information on discharge management, transition to home, and post-discharge issues for preterm infants and their families. Focuses on recovering preterm infants who are discharged on medications but who are otherwise not dependent upon technological support.

This course was developed by the March of Dimes, which will provide the contact hours and process the continuing education tests. The March of Dimes is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the New York State Nurses Association, an accredited approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
